A - top class - the highest ranking group in society, families with the highest incomes and the highest standard of living - families of general directors of large enterprises, their deputies, large entrepreneurs, top management, senior civil servants, government officials (ministers, parliamentarians ) and other highly skilled trades; B - upper middle class - families with above-average incomes and with above-average standard of living - families of upper management, deputies of general managers, heads of departments and sections with more than six employees, medium businessmen, trade union leaders in government, senior workers on district level, senior management and professionals; C - middle class - families with average incomes and average standard of living - family of middle management, managers with less than six workers, public officials, civil servants, small businessmen and tradesmen, lower professionals (technicians), administrative staff and other workers to higher positions; D - lower middle class - families with average to slightly below-average income -families of employees, officers, lower technical personnel, skilled workers, etc.; E - the lowest class - families with below-average income - families of unskilled workers, lower technicians, auxiliary workers, pensioners, economically inactive - the family of the unemployed, etc.
